Anna Yoder

Ms. Anna Yoder, age 83, of Montezuma, Georgia passed away Friday, March 17, 2023 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Montezuma Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Montezuma Mennonite Church Fellowship Hall.

Anna was born on December 10, 1939 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Rudy W. Yoder and Lydia Schrock Yoder. Anna was preceded in death by four sisters, Martha (Carl) Brannaman, Mary (Irvin) Weaver, Ruth Yoder and Barbara Yoder; two brothers, Ervin Yoder, Paul Yoder and  one brother-in-law, Eli Kauffman. Anna worked as a nurse for many years with Dr. Christopher Inhulsen in Montezuma, Georgia.

Anna is survived by her two brothers, Eli Yoder of Sebree, Kentucky, William Yoder of Fredericksburg, Ohio; three sisters, Malinda Kauffman of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Naomi Kauffman of McKenney, Virginia and Esther Yoder of Montezuma, Georgia; Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, Georgia has been entrusted with arrangements for Ms. Anna Yoder.
