Albert "Corkey" Price

Mr. Albert Loyd “Corkey” Price, age 69 of Andersonville, Georgia died on February 10, 2025 at Houston Healthcare in Warner Robins, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 in the chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Fripp officiating. The family will greet friends from 2pm to 3pm prior to the service in the chapel.

Mr. Price was born in Morganville, Kentucky to the late Robert and Geraldine Price. Corkey was a member of Ideal Baptist Church. He was retired from Fripp Paint and Body in Americus, Georgia. He was an amazing paint and body technician as well as a great Crew Chief for Hard Chargers Racing. He loved spending time with his family and taking his grandchildren hunting and fishing. Mr. Price was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Cecil and Geraldine Price; sister, Bobbie Sue Hines; and brothers, Tommie Price, Doug Price and brother-in-law, Gene Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Price; children, Shane Calitine, Jason Price (Daniele) and Robert Price (Courtney); sisters, Linda Lashley (Burt); grandchildren, Dylan Adams, Kaytlyn Price and Jace Price. He is also survived by a host of neices, nephews and one brother-in-law, Carl Smith.
