Wendy Melissa Smith, age 37, of Oglethorpe, GA passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at her residence.

Visitation with family will be from 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday, Dec. 10 at Still Water Chapel on Highway 240 West in Ideal, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, Dec. 11, at Still Water Chapel.

Graveside services will follow at 3 PM at Riverdale Cemetery in Columbus.

Family may be contacted at the home of Martha Jean Smith on Head Road in Oglethorpe, GA.

She was a former nurse and a member of Still Water Chapel in Ideal, GA. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, "Granny and Pop", Homer W. Smith and Noma B. Smith; maternal grandfather, Howard Sellers; uncle, Harold Sellers.

Survivors include her mother, Martha Jean Smith of Andersonville, GA; father, Bruce Smith of Andersonville, GA; two sons, Noah Jackson and Simon Hill both of Andersonville, GA; maternal grandmother, Katrine Sellers of Seale, AL, Aunts and Uncles, Lamar and Sally Sellers of Smith Station, AL, Sandra Hall of Andersonville, GA, Larry and Michelle Sellers of Guyton, GA and Daphene Bray of Milton, FL; cousins, Michael Bray, Steven Bray, Jimmy Bray, Scott Sellers, Tammy Sellers, Wesley Sellers, Kyle Sellers and Crystal Sellers.
