A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Watson-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Troy Fripp officiating.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Born in Thomaston, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lee Lindo Luke and Helen Venita Herndon Luke. Linda loved her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren who referred to her as "MEMEE", and she soaked up every minute that she could spend with them.
Survivors include her loving husband, William W. "Bill" Weeks, Jr. of Montezuma, Georgia and two children: Jeffrey Daniel Franklin (Cassie) of Thomaston, Georgia and Stacee Nicole Simpson of Montezuma, Georgia; two siblings: Preston Luke (Patricia) of Leesburg, Georgia and Deborah Ann Landreau of Americus, Georgia.Also, surviving are six grandchildren: Austin Franklin, Nash Franklin, Bree Franklin, Victoria Taylor Simpson, Hannah Simpson, and Caleb Simpson, along with a host of other family and friends.
