Mrs. Shelby Jean Stephens, 71, of Oglethorpe, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Phoebe Medical Center in Albany, Georgia.

Born October 4, 1949, in Barnesville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Franklin Allen and Ruby Inez Ball Allen.

Her wish was to be cremated and no services will be held.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children:Carol Wilson of Byron, Georgia, Tracy Lawrence of Oglethorpe, Georgia, Jerry B. Stephens, Jr. (Tina), of Hazelhurst, Georgia, and Michelle Daniels of Oglethorpe, Georgia; a sister, Pam Stephens (Tim).Also, surviving are eight grandchildren: Dusty Vining. James Hannor, Shay Stephens, Marty Vining, Tori Stephens, Heather Plumley, Constance Lawrence, Waylon Daniels, several great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Stephens, and two brothers, Harvey Allen and Jerry Allen
