Sara Betty Bearden
August 14, 1943 — September 23, 2016
Mrs. Betty was born on August 14, 1943 to the late Comer Daniel Creel and Erma Earl Jones Creel. She is preceded in death by her husband Wade Hampton Bearden. Mrs. Betty served in the Marine Corps, worked throughout the years in cosmetology, hotel and travel industries, and owned/operated Creel's BBQ restaurant.In her retired years she enjoyed creating unique projects, painting and other art, yard sales, traveling and spending time with grandchildren.
She is survived by her two sons Kenneth "Kenny" Bearden (Alison) of Henderson, Georgia and
Hampton "Hamp" Bearden of Perry Georgia; one daughter, Sophia Bearden of Perry, Georgia;
one sister, Ruth Creel Wall of Perry, Georgia. She also leaves behind three grandchildren,
Ethan Bearden, Brady Bearden and Dalton Bearden.
