MARSHALLVILLE, GA - Richard Clyde Skipper, 57, of Marshallville, GA passed away Monday, June 2, 2014 at his home.

Per Mr. Skipper's wishes, he will be cremated. There will be a family and friends gathering at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Marshallville, 307 East Main Street, Marshallville, GA 31057.

Mr. Skipper was born May 21, 1957 in Montezuma, GA to the late Clyde Lewis Skipper and Patsy Jewel Pike Skipper. After residing in Florida for many years, he moved back to Marshallville and was a farmer. Mr. Skipper loved his family and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Mr. Skipper is survived by his children, Andrew Skipper of Marshallville, GA and Jessie Lynn Skipper of Perry, GA; and a brother, Michael Sylvester Skipper of Byron, GA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be mailed to his children at 3951 Rowell Rd., Fort Valley, GA 31030.
