MONTEZUMA, GA - Pauline F. Royal, 96, of Montezuma, GA passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Heart of Georgia Hospice in Perry, GA. Graveside services will be private with Rev. LaMon Brown officiating.

Mrs. Royal was born December 23, 1917 in Heard Co., GA to the late Ewel Grady Faver and Senora Vaughan Faver. She was a licensed cosmetologist and most recently an accountant for The Macon County News Leader. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Montezuma. She enjoyed reading and flower gardening and was a member of the Macon County Farm Bureau. She was preceded in death by her husband, A.Q. Royal, Jr. and a sister, Inez Faver Ball.

Mrs. Royal is survived by her son, Shelby (Diane) Royal of Gretna, VA; two grandsons, Kristopher (Kathryn) Royal of High Point, NC and Bryan (Shalonda) Royal of Hinesville, GA; and two great-grandsons. She also leaves behind two sisters, Irma Nell Humphrey of Albertville, AL and Janet Campbell of Montezuma, GA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice Inpatient Care, 1120 Morningside Dr., Perry, GA 31069.
