MONTEZUMA, GA - Mr. Olen Ray Barnett, age 56, of Montezuma, Georgia passed away Sunday morning, August 4, 2019 at the his residence.

His wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held.His cremains will be taken back to Indiana.

Mr. Barnett was born January 30, 1963 in Pennington Gap, Virginia to the late Burley Junior Barnett and Eunice Marie Gibson Roberts. He was a self-employed mechanic.

His memory will forever be treasured by his mother, Eunice Marie Gibson Roberts of Montezuma, Georgia; his two children: Keygun Barnett of Bowling Green, Indiana and Thomas Ray Barnett of Clay City, Indiana: one sister, Sheila Barnett of Lewistown, Montana, a grandson, Devon Coomer of Patricksburg, Indiana; two nieces: Robin Lewis (Joshua) of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Christina Dorman (Kurt) of Clay City, Indiana; a nephew, James Bush of Brazil, Indiana and his best friend, Tommy Felton (Pearly) of Montezuma, Georgia. Also surviving are five great-nieces: Shelby McClung of Bedford, Indiana, Mariea Killough of Scottsdale, Arizona, Ruth Killough of Mesa, Arizona, Darlena Killough of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Brittany Dorman of Clay City, Indiana; three great-nephews: Christopher Dorman of Tere Haute, Indiana, Victor Killough, Jr. (Alyssa) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Travis Ridgeway of Warner Robins, Georgia along with a host of friends.Along with his father he is preceded in death by a sister, Darlene Bush and a great-nephew, Caleb Bush.
