Norma Jo Hodges

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 7, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Montezuma. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Scott Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hodges was born October 4, 1919 in Crawford County, GA, to the late Willie Edgar Pearson and Clara Jo Pearson. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Montezuma. In addition to her parents, and husbands, Mrs. Hodges was preceded in death by her daughter, Becky Ham, and five brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Hodges is survived by her daughter, Susan Webb (Bruce) Rice of Chattanooga, TN; son, Derrick Irby, Jr. of Montezuma, GA; son-in-law, Tommy Ham; and a sister, Patty (Owen) Davis of Fort Valley, GA. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Will Ham, Joe Ham, Matthew Rice, Jordan Rice, Trae Irby, Kristin Irby, and Morgan Irby; and eight great-grandchildren.
