Visitation will be held on November 6, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on November 6, 2021, at Little Bethel Church Cemetery in Ideal.Rev. Roy Peterson will officiate the service.
Born February 24, 1940, in Montezuma, she was the daughter of Jewel Felton Benford and Allie P Harris Benford.
Survivors include two brothers, Tony T. Benford (Fannie) of Buena Vista, GA and Bennie J. Benford of Oglethorpe, GA, two sisters, Minnie Pearl Rimes of Andersonville, GA, and Claudia Wright of Perry, GA. Along with many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Laura Jean Benford; five brothers: Raymond Benford, Jack Benford, Charlie R. Benford, Willie Benford and Stoney Benford, and two sisters-in-law, Avie Benford and Nedra Benford.
