Mary Agnes Greene

Mrs. Mary Agnes Greene, 78 of Oglethorpe, Georgia., passed away, Friday, December 09, 2022 at her residence.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 12, 2022, from 1:00 pm till 2:45 pm at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home with a graveside following at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens at 3:00 PM.

She was born November 18, 1944, in Thomaston, GA to the late Jim Short and Minnie Lee Youngblood Short.  She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Edward Cromer.

She is survived by her children, Leroy Hortman of Oglethorpe, Georgia, Connie Raper, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Pam Dixon and her husband Shane of Ellaville, Georgia; two sisters, Sandra Cromer, of Montezuma, Georgia, and Dorothy Errington, of Thomasville, Georgia.

9 grandchildren, Scott Hortman (Farrah), Lacey Jefferson, Matthew Hortman, Clinton Hortman, Selena Jones, Bradley Hortman (Mia), Kelly Lloyd (Robert), Nick Hortman (Christy), Hailey Corbi; 13 great-grandchildren, Cas Hortman, Coda Hortman, Cain Lloyd, Ashley Roach, Easton Hortman, Eli Ray, Keller Peavy, Mattie Corbin, Addie Corbi. Brock Hortman, Ethan Hortman, Camden Hortman, Addilou Hortman.
