A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, September 12, 2019 in the Watson-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. in the chapel. Cremation will follow the service.
Born February 27, 1955 in Montezuma, she was the daughter of the late Bud Dorsey and Mary Dorsey.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Alford Dennis Hughes of Montezuma, Georgia; four children: Roger Bridges (Valerie) of Montezuma, Georgia, Kenny Bridges (Malinda) of Albany, Georgia, Michael Bridges (Heather Singleton) of Montezuma, Georgia, and Kevin Bridges (Jennifer) of Lehigh, Florida.
Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren:Lance Bridges, Joseph Bridges, Cody Bridges, Anna Bridges, Cash Bridges, Jordan Bridges, Emily Bridges, Jayden Bridges, Kyle Bridges, Kelsey Bridges and Cayden Bridges.She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Mary Dorsey and one brother, Johnny Dorsey.
