BONAIRE, GA - Martha Thompson Wallauer, 77, of Bonaire, GA, formerly of Byromville passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Byromville United Methodist Church in Byromville, GA. Per Mrs. Wallauer's wishes, she was cremated.
Mrs. Wallauer was born January 27, 1937 in Byromville, GA to the late Erice Thompson and Irma Stansell Thompson. She was a member of Byromville United Methodist Church. She was the Treasurer of the Waterford Women's Golf Association, a fantastic cook, and loved to craft. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wallauer was preceded in death by her first husband, Lance Moran, and her second husband, Albert C. Wallauer; three sisters: Annie Mary Thompson Post, Willie Geneva Thompson Marney, and Peggy V. Thompson Purkey; and a step-son, Stacey L. Moran, Sr.
Mrs. Wallauer is survived by three step-daughters: Janice R. Hartley of Bonaire, GA, Danette E. Wallauer of Warner Robins, GA, and Erin A. Wallauer Collica of Lawrenceville, GA; step-son, Curtis H. Wallauer of Jacksonville, FL; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four nieces, and six nephews.
