Martha Haralson Joiner
August 12, 1933 — June 25, 2018
Martha was born in Barnesville, Georgia on August 12, 1933 to the late William Anderson Haralson and Amanda Hutto Haralson.Over the course of her career, she worked for Montezuma Banking Company, Bank of Macon County and BB & T. Her memory will forever be cherished as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens and Dr. Tony Caldwell will officiate.
Survivors include her three children: William E. "Bill" Joiner, Jr. of Kathleen, Georgia, Carl Lester Joiner of Perry, Georgia and Cheryl Joiner Allen and husband Todd of Dallas, Georgia as well as four grandchildren, Jamie Allen, Cole Webb, Courtney Joiner, Corey Swymer and two great-grandchildren, Lesli Wilson, Lyla Wilson Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by five siblings.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
