Lynda Franklin

Mrs. Lynda Franklin, age 77, of Montezuma, GA passed away, Monday, January 16, 2023, at Atrium Health Navicent Hospice Pine Pointe in Macon, GA.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2023, at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellaville, GA. Pastor Craig Allen will officiate the service.

Lynda was born in Ellaville, GA to the late John Thomas Stuckey and Etta Youngblood Stuckey. She was preceded in death by her six siblings, Henry Womble, Olan Womble, Mary Sawyer, Buck Stuckey, Talmadge Stuckey, and Julia Bell. She was a beautician for many years.

She is survived by her companion, Tony Ray Wayne Gaultney, of Montezuma, GA; two sons, Terry Wayne Gaultney, and his wife WaWanna of Good Hope, GA and Rodney Gaultney and his wife Edmaleen of Montezuma, GA; four grandchildren, Toni Lynn Gaultney, David Gaultney, Meghan Bradshaw and Justin Gaultney.
