Louise Edge Thompson

September 20, 1927 — April 8, 2012

Ms. Louise E. Thompson, 84, of Byromville, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Funeral services were held at Byromville United Methodist Church on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2p.m. with Rev. Eddie Braswell and Rev. Creig Smith officiating.

Ms. Thompson was a dedicated and longtime member of Byromville United Methodist Church where she was a member of the TLC group.She was also a Sunday school teacher at Byromville UMC and hospitality chairman.She enjoyed being active at church and baking.

Survivors include her son, Clint B. Thompson, Jr. (Larista) of Byromville, Georgia; daughter, June T. Knight of Reynolds, Georgia; grandsons, Cole Thompson and William M. Collins; granddaughters, Christi Collins Clements (Dale) and Gracin E. Collins. Ms. Thompson is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, Georgia from 6p.m. to 8p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012.In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Byromville United Methodist Church UMCOR mission fund.
