The family and friends will meet 1:45 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park for a graveside service and interment at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the graveside.
Mrs. Blanks was born in Cuthbert, GA on July 13, 1925 to the late Seaborn Searcy and Lee Mulkey Searcy. She was a member of the Montezuma First Baptist Church and owned Louise Blanks Bookkeeping for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Judge William F. Blanks and a sister, Arline Wilson.
She is survived by her son, Billy Blanks (Teresa Flynt) of Montezuma, GA; 2 grandchildren, William F. Blanks III (Laura Lee) of Kilgore, TX and Brandon Cameron Blanks of Charleston, SC; 3 great grandchildren also survive.
The family requests memorial contributions made in her memory to the Montezuma First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 357, Montezuma, GA 31063.
