A graveside service will be held, Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 3:00 PM in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma, GA.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM, with a procession to the cemetery following.
Mrs. Carroll was born on September 24, 1935 in Montezuma, GA to the late Ernest Fowler and Estell Kay Fowler. She was a secretary with the Federal Land Bank in Montezuma, before her retirement and member of Montezuma United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Kara Lee Carroll of Cordele, GA; a son, Jamie Carroll and his wife Lesley of Atlanta, GA; 3 grandchildren, Charles Fowler Carroll, John Blaxton Carroll and Elizabeth Pierce Carroll; a host of cousins also survive.
