A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2014 in the chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Chet Ragsdale and Bro. Willie B. Smith officiating. The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
Mr. Dyer was born March 11, 1945 in Chicago, IL and served in the United States Army.
Mr. Dyer is survived by his wife, Helen Jean Grace of Oglethorpe, GA; a brother, Greg Dyer of Boca Raton, FL and a sister, Katherine Kearney of Delray Beach, FL. He also leaves behind two nieces and one nephew and six special great grandchildren, Grace Ann, Dru, Bo, Ty, Eli and Judah.
