Van, Texas - Jonathan Clay Strange, age 53 of Van, Texas passed away, Sunday, October 24, 2010 in Grand Saline, Texas.

He is survived by his sister, Katherine and husband Thomas Sprankle and nephew, Nevin Sprankle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joyce and Lewis Strange; grandparents, Florence Mathis and Rosa and John David Middlebrooks.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, Nov. 6 at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens Cemetery in the family lot.

Watson-Mathews Funeral Home of Montezuma is assisting family with local arrangements.
