Joey was born in Fort Valley, Georgia on November 7, 1966 to Mrs. Daisy Lee Poole and the late John Walter Davis, Sr. He was a member of Chamlee Memorial Baptist Church in Fort Valley, Georgia.
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Marshallville, Georgia.Reverend Thomas R. Davis will officiate.Family will receive friends at the church, one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include his companion, Elaine Sheffield of Eastman, Georgia, his mother, Daisy Lee Burke Poole of Marshallville, Georgia, one son, Hunter Davis of Warner Robins, Georgia, one daughter, April Lee Davis Nicholson (Aaron) of Warner Robins, Georgia and two brothers; John Walter Davis, Jr. (Rebecca) of Reynolds, Georgia and Reverend Thomas R. Davis (Cathy) of Ft. Valley, Georgia.
Flowers will be accepted.
