Joe Frank Wisham

Family will receive friends from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M., Monday, December 16, 2013 at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA. At other times, the family may be contacted at the daughters' residence, 159 Barnes Road, Americus, GA.
A funeral service will be held at 3 P.M., Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Greater Vision Baptist Church in Americus, GA. Pastor Randy Barron and Brother Troy Fripp will officiate the service. Burial will immediately follow in the Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oglethorpe, GA.
Mr. Wisham was a member of Greater Vision Baptist Church and a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Omie Wisham, wife, Virginia Felker Wisham, and a son, Randall Wisham.
Survivors include his two daughters, Sandra Pickle and her husband Glen of Americus, GA and Charlene Greene of Oglethorpe, GA; seven grandchildren, Jody Wisham and his wife Ashligh of Warner Robins, GA; Tommy Smith III of Mount Dora, FL, Danielle Wise and her husband Will of LaGrange, GA, Heather Pickle and her companion Chad Salter of Americus, GA, Bridgett Pickle of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Tristee Pickle of Americus, GA and Jessica Pickle of Warm Springs, GA; eleven great grandchildren, Tiffany Wisham, Payton Wisham, Caleb Wisham, John Hough, Tommy Smith, IV., Gavin Wise, Camille Wise, Braxton Salter, Landon Clark, Lele Cox and Trevor Cape.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Greater Vision Baptist Church, 135 New Era Road, Americus, GA 31709.
