Mrs. Janice was born July 25, 1935 in Montezuma, Georgia to the late William Seaborn Robinson and Lucille Cochran Robinson.She was employed at Macon County Clinic and the Oaks Nursing Home as a nurse for many years. Mrs. Janice was a member of Ideal United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband,Charles Lester Kitchens.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, November 30th at Ideal City Cemetery. Rev. Mark Poole will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, November 29th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her children: Keith Kitchens and wife, Sharon of Ideal, Georgia; Terri Layfield and husband, Billy of Ideal, Georgia and William L. Kitchens and wife, Angelia of Ellaville, Georgia; one brother, Kenneth Edward Robinson and wife, Joann of Ideal, Georgia; two sisters: Kay R. Hardage of Ideal, Georgia and Nell R. Wall and husband, Johnny of Ellaville, Georgia.She also leaves behind five grand-children: Lindsay Arrington, Lisa Aultman, Kimberly Albritton, Michael Kitchens, Victoria Parker and nine-great-grandchildren: Ethan Hudgens, Kaitlin Arrington, Gabriel Parker, William Arrington, Brantley Kitchens, Gray Albritton, Michael Parker, Shep Albritton and Thomas Aultman.
Flowers will be accepted or contributions in memory of Mrs. Janice may be made to the MethodistChildren's Home, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, Georgia31204.
