Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Marshallville United Methodist Church in Marshallville, Georgia.Reverend Christy Bandy and Reverend Dennis Lanning will officiate.
Burial will follow at the Marshallville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Helen was born June 12, 1917 in Fort Myers, Florida to the late Charles B. Williams and Anna Alberta Weatherly Williams. She is preceded in death by her husband, Valerian Estes "Bud" VanOstran and son, Steve VanOstran.
Survivors include one daughter, Charlene Schouwenaars (Peter) of Fayetteville, Georgia; one daughter-in-law, Patsy VanOstran of Avon Park, Florida; four grandchildren, Linda Child (Delton)of Locust Grove, Georgia, Brad Haworth (Amanda) of Perry, Georgia, Dana Kellis(Paul) of Orlando, Florida and Stephanie Gillotti of Sebring, Florida.Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Marshallville City Cemetery Fund.
