Helen Louise Hembria

August 14, 1922 — October 26, 2012

CLARKSVILLE, AR - Helen Louise Hembria, age 90, of Clarksville, Arkansas, formerly of Oglethorpe, GA, passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She had been living in Clarksville, AR for the past ten years.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens. Rev. Chet Ragsdale will officiate.

There will be no evening visitation at the funeral home. Her casket will be open and she will lie in state at the funeral home on Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Helen was born on August 14, 1922 in Jackson, GA to the late James Quitman Britt and Emma Price Britt.She was retired from Southern Frozen Foods in Montezuma and was a member of Oglethorpe First Baptist Church for many years.

Survivors include her two daughters, Alice F. Howell and husband Charles of Clarksville, AR and Emily C. Winkleman and her husband Charles of Bullhead City, Arizona; and a son, Cam Herald Hembria of Cordele, GA. four grandchildren, Charles Frank Howell, Jr., Sharon Howell, Tim Esparza and Amy Esparza and four great grandchildren also survive.She was preceded in death by her husband, Cam T. Hembria.

Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA is in charge of arrangements.
