Gloria Jean Cox

August 3, 1959 — November 30, 2008

Gloria Jean Cox, age 49, of Andersonville, GA passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Still Water Chapel on Highway 240 West in Ideal. Reverends Roy and Jennie Peterson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be an hour before the service at the church.

Survivors include her mother, Laverne Sheppard Cox of Ideal, GA; one daughter, Emily Rogers of Andersonville, GA; one son, William "Billy" Carter of Oglethorpe, GA; her boyfriend, Sonny Cromer of Andersonville, GA; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Sarah Cox of Ideal, GA, Thomas and Rosa Cox of Palmetto, FL; two sisters and brother-in-law, Rita and Jerry Terry of Andersonville, GA and Brenda Cox of Andersonville, GA and several nieces and nephews.
