As per his wishes, he was cremated and no formal services will be held.
Mr. Savage was born on November 21, 1961 in Montezuma, GA to the late Carl P. Savage, Jr. and Frances Blackburn Savage who still survives. He was a graduate of Southland Academy in Americus, GA and West Georgia College in Carrollton, GA. He was a Lumber Broker with G-Plex in Peachtree City, GA and in his spare time he loved to hunt and fish.
Survivors include his mother, Frances Blackburn Savage of Macon, GA; a son, Charles Christopher Savage and his wife, Jessica Savage of Darien, GA; two siblings, Patricia Savage Shmunes and her husband, Dr. Neal T. Shmunes of Jacksonville, FL and Thomas M. Savage of Montezuma, GA; and 3 grandchildren, Christopher Savage, Alyssa Savage and Dylan Savage.
