Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens in Oglethorpe, Georgia with Reverend Mark Poole officiating.
Survivors include mother, Keturah Elise O'Neill and father Russell Lee Mann, Jr., both of Oglethorpe, Georgia; one sister, Cheyenne Nicole Mann of Oglethorpe, Georgia; maternal grandparents,Dan and Nannette O'Neill of Blairsville, Georgia; paternal grandparents, Cheryl Shugart (Ronald) of Unadilla, Georgia and Russell Lee Mann Sr. (Elisabeth) of Americus, Georgia; two aunts: Constance O'Neill of Blairsville, Georgia; Julie Hamlin (Greg) of Preston, Georgia; one paternal great- grandmother, Mary "Missy" Mann of Americus, Georgia and one maternalgreat-grandfather, Donn Eugene Smith of Blairsville, Georgia.Also surviving are many great aunts, uncles and other family members.
Flowers will be accepted. Donations may also be made to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital NICU, 417 West 3rd Avenue, Albany, Georgia 31701.
