Frances Wadsworth Hobbs

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 4, 2014 at Pine Level United Methodist Church in Oglethorpe, GA with Rev. Joey Cannon and Rev. Joy Wilson officiating the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow in the Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oglethorpe, GA.
Mrs. Hobbs was born on December 30, 1914 in Oglethorpe, GA to the late Nellie Kelley Wadsworth and John C. Wadsworth. She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Level United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, J.C. Wadsworth, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Woodrow David Hobbs, Sr., of Oglethorpe, GA; two children, Sylvia Hogg of Oglethorpe, GA and Buddy Hobbs and his wife Jane of Oglethorpe, GA; four grandchildren, Walt Hogg and his wife Traci, Beverly Bergman and her husband James, Ryan Hobbs and his wife Camee, Adam Hobbs and his wife Elizabeth; eight great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends also survive.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial gifts may be made is her name to Pine Level United Methodist Church, c/o Sylvia Hogg; 1622 Whatley Road, Oglethorpe, GA 31068.
