Emma Catherine Roberts

June 8, 1912 — August 11, 2010

Mrs. Emma Catherine Roberts, age 98 of 322 Marshall Avenue, Montezuma, GA, formerly of Augusta, GA - where she resided for 60 years, passed away peacefully at her residence, Wednesday, August 11, 2010.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY with visitation one our prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Joseph B. Montgomery and Sally Johnson Montgomery. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed activities, such as sewing, reading, shopping, charitable endeavors, and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Sava Mathew Roberts.
