Edwin E. Yoder

Born on August 28, 1929, in Norfolk, Virginia, he is the son of the late Enos W. Yoder and Mary M. Miller.Mr. Yoder moved to Montezuma from Norfolk, Virginia sixty-six years ago. He is a member of the Montezuma Mennonite Church.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Montezuma Mennonite Church, 2307 Whitehouse Rd., Montezuma, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the Montezuma Mennonite Church and Donny Swartzentruber will officiate.
His memory will forever be treasured by his children: Stanley Yoder (Pauline), Melvin Paul Yoder (Irene), Marlin Yoder, Mark Yoder (Esther), Dale Yoder, Wesley Yoder (Laura), Darlene Yoder (Glen) all of Montezuma, Georgia;a daughter-in-law, Sandra Yoder of Bittinger, Maryland; a brother, Floyd E. Yoder of Montezuma, Georgia, four sisters: Sadie Beachy of Marshallville, Georgia, Vernie Weaver (Mahlon) of Montezuma, Georgia, Alta Kauffman of Marshallville, Georgia, and Mary Yoder (Gerald) of Costa Rica. Also, surviving are 30 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sara Yoder, a daughter, Leila Fern; and two sons, Ivan Ray Yoder and David Yoder, two grandchildren, Kimberly Yoder and Darren Scott Yoder.
