LILLY, GA - Dominic Jayce Cortez, infant son of Alexandra Garcia, of Lilly, Georgia and Jose Manuel Cortez Jr., of Cordele, Georgia passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia.

Graveside services are scheduled for 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Swearingen Cemetery in Byromville, Georgia.

Survivors include mother, Alexandra Garcia of Lilly, Georgia; father, Jose Manuel Cortez of Cordele, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Joel and Diana Garcia of Lilly, Georgia, and paternal grandparents, Jose Manuel Cortez, Sr. and Felipa Cortez of Cordele, Georgia.

Flowers will be accepted.
