Mrs. Deborah Ann (Loucks) Dukes, 63, of Montezuma, Georgia passed away suddenly on August 27, 2021. Affectionately called "Deb" by her close loved ones.

Deb was born November 23, 1957, in Port Jervis N.Y. to James and Joan Loucks. She moved from Jervis N.Y. to Montezuma in 1989 with her family.
Survived by her husband of 46 years, Barry Dukes, her sons: B.J. Agee, Billy Dukes, George Ward, and Ronald Skramstad (Heather); grandchildren: Dresden Dukes (Kennedy), Tori Dukes, Rose Dukes, and Sara-beth Skramstad.She is also survived by life sisters: Tonya Rodgers and Phyllis Shirah; two brothers: Dan and Scott Loucks, and sister, Susan Reiser as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Shaun Loucks.
