Cornelia Lowe Savage

A private graveside service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020 at Felton Cemetery in Montezuma, Georgia.
Mrs. Savage will lie in state at the funeral home on Thursday, April 16th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for friends to sign the register book.
Mrs. Savage was born March 1, 1939 in Albany, Georgia to the late Claud William Lowe and Helen Manry Lowe.She attended Shorter College where she was a member of Polymian Society and University of Georgia where she pledged Chi-Omega. She was married to the love of her life, Richard David Savage for 44 years.Mrs. Savage was a member of First Baptist Church of Montezuma, Music Club and gave liberally to many Christian ministries and missionaries. She knew the Bible and loved the Lord and enjoyed talking about her faith to others. She was a fantastic cook and gave great dinner parties.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children: Elizabeth Savage Sheffield (Wendell), Claudia Savage Davis (Darrin); six grandchildren: Ryan Wendell Sheffield, Rachael Elizabeth Sheffield, Allison Virginia Thompson, Daniel Tyler Davis, Mallory Sue Davis and Rylee Caroline Davis along with many other beloved nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard David Savage, a daughter, Caroline Savage Thompson, a brother, Fred Lockhart Lowe, and a grandson, Jake Darrin Davis.
