Connie Jinks Marshall

IDEAL, GEORGIA - Connie Jinks Marshall, 72, of Ideal, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, from 6 until 8 pm at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, Georgia. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 3, at County Line Baptist Church in Ellaville, Georgia, at 11 am with Mark Poole officiating the service. Interment will follow at Little Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Ideal, Georgia.

Connie was born on August 30, 1951, to the late Randol Jinks and Clarice Fowler Jinks. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church. Connie loved her large family fiercely and was so proud of her beloved grandchildren. She was a loyal friend to many and an honorary Nana to Ciara Long.

She is preceded in death by her parents, along with three siblings, Carol Jinks Morrell, Larry “Pete” Jinks, and Curtis Jinks.

Survivors include her daughter, Kim Marshall Emener (Scott) of Macon, Georgia; two grandchildren, Austin Emener and Kendall Emener; three siblings, Harry Jinks (Pat) of Blairsville, Georgia, Bonnie Jinks Simmons of Oglethorpe, Georgia, and Cathy Jinks Layfield of Reynolds, Georgia; sister-in-law, Patricia Jinks of Ideal, Georgia; many nieces and nephews also survive.
