Clarence Baker

MONTEZUMA, GA – Clarence Baker, age 93 of Montezuma, Georgia passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 in Americus, Georgia.

Interment of of his ashes will be in Ridgeland City Cemetery in Ridgeland, South Carolina at a later date.

Mr. Clarence was born on August 29, 1930 to Fred Baker and Clara Stephens Baker. Mr. Clarence was a mechanic in the trucking industry most of his life.

He is survived by his four grandchildren, Scotty Baker (Kimberly), Scooter Baker, Charles Jones and Melissa Baker Jones (Daniel); five great grandchildren, Amber Baker, Bridgett Baker, Tiffany Jones, Kaitlyn Baker and Scarlett Baker; and four great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his four children, Stan Baker, Susan Diane Jones, Steve Baker and David Baker.
