She was born September 9, 1934 in Vienna, Georgia to the late Herbert Crawley Sanders and Carolyn Elizabeth Lane. During her career, she was employed at ILC in Montezuma for many years.
Family will receive friends on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens with Pastor Roy Peterson officiating.
Her memories will forever be treasured by her 3 children: Thomas Harris of Montezuma, Georgia, Angela (David) Robbins of Oglethorpe, Georgia, Terina Youngblood (Marty) of Oglethorpe, Georgia;4 siblings: Joyce Kimsey (Larry) of St. Augustine, Florida, Peggy Kelley (Butch)of Andersonville, Georgia, Lane Sanders of St. Augustine, Florida, Louise Kimsey of Vienna, Georgia and 7 grandchildren: Jeremy Harris, Justin Robbins, Brandon Harris, Chad Harris (Chrissy), Christy Adams (Brandon), Ashley Dispain (Wayne) and Keisha Youngblood. 13 great grandchildren: Ariel Robbins, Tyler Adams, Ashton Robbins, Anslie Robbins, Jamie Harris, Kolby Harris, Chris Harris, Morgan Harris, Max Harris, Mason Harris, Tanner Adams, Adalyn Dispain, Randol Jones and many other nieces and nephews also survive.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Pete Harris and her son, Ronnie Harris.
Flowers will be accepted.
