Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery with Jason W. Roberts officiating the service. We will go in procession to the cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the funeral home on the day of the service.
Mrs. Charlotte was born on January 27, 1948, in West Palm Beach, FL to the late Myrtle Johns Woolums and Frank Woolums.
Mrs. Charlotte worked in Finance with Chattahoochee Flint River for many years. She was the definition of unconditional love and was a problem solver. She enjoyed working on puzzles, cryptograms and gave the gift of life, her blue eyes.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her two children, Kevin Hall and his wife Travelle, of Byron, GA, and Debee Cook and her husband Ben of Forsyth, GA; a brother, Michael Woolums and his wife Ida of Oglethorpe, GA; two sisters, Bonnie Woolums of Oglethorpe, GA and Wanda Woolums of West Palm Beach, FL; a sister-in-law, Betty Woolums of Hiawassee, GA; six grandchildren, Preston Cook and his wife Ciara, Morgan Cook, Lesley Arnold, Blaine Arnold, Samantha Dover, and Jonathon Hughes; Also, surviving are many brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Hall, two siblings: Jenny Woolums, and Charles Woolums, brother-in-law, Johnny Kelley, and Wanda's partner, Mary Morse.
