A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, January 15, 2018 at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Heath Holly officiating the service. Burial will follow in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma.
Mr. Baggett was born on May 17, 1949 in Montezuma, GA to the late John Baggett and Ruby Barrett Baggett. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Mossbarger. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with C.E. Minerals for 32 years.
Survivors include his two daughters and sons-in-law, Kristin and Ricky Pitts of Reynolds, GA and Amber and Jason Woodward of Reynolds, GA; one sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Henry Bridges of Ellaville, GA; three grandchildren, Sierra Baggett, Clayson Pitts and Braelin Woodward; one niece, Brittany Deuso of Macon, GA; two nephews, Michael Baggett and Greg Bridges both of Ellaville, GA; He is also survived by his best friend and Brother in Christ, Danny Middlebrooks of Perry, GA.
