The family and friends will meet 10:45 AM, Wednesday, January 4th at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery for a graveside service with full military honors at 11:00 AM with Rev. Charles Carter officiating the service

Mr. Williamson was born May 30, 1930 in Montezuma, GA to the late Susie Mae Fowler Williamson and William Phillip Williamson. He retired from the United States Army with the Rank of Sergeant First Class.
Survivors: 3 children, Jacqueline Smith (James ) of Blairsville, GA, Carl Donald Williamson (Barbara) of Macon, GA, Rita McAlister (John) of White, GA; 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA is in charge of arrangements.
