Mrs. Page was born April 16, 1954 to Jency Giles Carter and the late Virgil Royal Carter. She was previously employed in sales at Jim Walter Homes. In addition to her father, Mrs. Page was preceded in death by a sister, Jency Nettles, and a brother, Cary Carter.
Mrs. Page is survived by her mother, Jency Giles Carter of Ideal, GA; two sisters, Cherry Carter of Columbus, GA and Charm Carter of Oglethorpe, GA; and a brother, Kim Carter of Ideal, GA. She also leaves behind eight nieces and nephews, and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
