Mr. Smith was born May 7, 1946 in Columbus, Ga to Homer Wesley Smith and Noma Burkes Smith. He served in the Army National Guard and was a member of Stillwater Chapel. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his daughter Wendy Smith and his sister, Norma Bray.
Mr. Smith is survived by three nephews, Michael Bray of Pace, FL, James M. Bray and Steven Bray, both of Milton, FL; and two grandsons, Noah Smith and Simon Hill, both of Andersonville, GA.
