MONTEZUMA, GA - Mr. Bruce Vincent Jones, age 69, of Montezuma, Georgia passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.

He was born in Albany, Georgia on August 18, 1949 to the late Clifton Donald Jones and Addie Mae Cheek Jones.He was a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves.He always had a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

His memory will forever be treasured by his brother, Clifton Donald Jones of Summerville, South Carolina; a niece, Brenda Harvey of Camilla, Georgia and a nephew, Clarence Cox of Sasser, Georgia.Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, June Lillian Cox.
