Brenda Kay James, age 60, of Montezuma, GA passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, Sept. 16 at Whitewater Baptist Church in Oglethorpe with Rev. Matt Johnson and Rev. Gene Simmons officiating. Interment followed in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma.
Born October 5, 1948, in Plant City, FL, she was the daughter of the late William E. Toole and Marge Genell Burch Toole. She worked at Flint River Hospital as a Unit Secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glynwood Charlton James.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Mike Cottle of Americus, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Carol James of Gainesville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Virginia Toole of Montezuma, GA and 11 grandchildren.
