Betty Sue Hyde

Betty Sue Church Hyde, 83, of Vicksburg, MS, passed away on November 11, 2022, at The Bluffs in Vicksburg, MS. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.

Mrs. Hyde will be interred at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma, GA, next to her husband, Harold Wayne Hyde at a later date.

Mrs. Hyde was born in Wise County, VA on May 26, 1939, to Lloyd Anderson Church and Ella Boggs Church.

Survivors include her bonus daughters, Martha Horton and Marsha Gautreaux; brother, Oscar Church; grandchildren, Brittany Triplett, Joshua Horton, Jarrett Horton, Janie Gautreaux, Jada Kliebert, and Jacey Gautreaux; and five great grandchildren.  She was precede in death by her parents; husband, Harold Wayne Hyde; siblings, Eunice Pearl Church, Ida Irene Church, Eula Mae Sturgill, Carl Anderson Church, Silas Ray Church, James Harold Church, Edward Church, and Edmond Church.

Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA has been entrusted with local arrangements.
