Ruth was born June 19, 1944 to the late Carl Fincher and Bessie Lorene Lane Fincher. She was a member of Dooling Baptist Church in Byromville.
A graveside service to honor her life will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Swearingen Cemetery in Byromville, Georgia.
The family will greet friends on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 1:30 p.m.until 2:30 p.m. at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her loving husband, Bamon Lee Hill and siblings: Lyndon Fincher, Gene Fincher, Charles Fincher, Billy Fincher, Cynthia Moorehouse and Nora Curtis.
Survivors include a brother, Paul Fincher (Myrtice Golden) of Eastman, Georgia; three sisters, Audrey Peterman (Donald) of Byromville, Georgia, Marsha Fletcher (Jerry) of Fitzgerald, Georgia and Bettye Peacock (Merle) of Eastman, Georgia along with a host of nieces and nephews.
