MONTEZUMA, GA - Mrs. Barbara Perkins, age 74, a resident of the Montezuma Health & Rehabilitation Center passed away Friday, June 9,2017 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.

Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Stemcha of Columbus, GA.

In keeping with Mrs. Perkins wishes, she will be cremated with no services planned at this time.
