Memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.at Dooling Baptist Church, 1500 Church Street, Byromville, Georgia 31007.Pastor David Jones will officiate the service. There will be a Pot Luck lunch from 12:00 p.m until 1:00 p.m. Please bring a covered dish and lunch will be immediately following the service.If you have any questions, you may contact John at 229-591-4595 or Ashley at 229-591-5016.Everyone is welcome.
She was born in Marietta, Georgia on August 19, 1961 to the late William Trenton McVey and Barbara Lavora Thompson.Ms. Barbara was a faithful member of Dooling Baptist Church and her favorite hobby was reading.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her three children, John Walls of Americus, Georgia, Jeremy Wilkes of Byromville, Georgia and Ashley Sara Carroll (Steve Bridges) of Americus, Georgia; two grandchildren: Austin Bridges and Ayden Carroll along with several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by brother, Billy McVey and sister, Becky McVey.
