A graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM, Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Swearingen Cemetery in Byromville, GA. Pastor Jason W. Roberts will officiate the service.
Visitation will be held at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. just prior to the service.
Born on November 4, 1955 in Montezuma, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Burnam and Audrey Welch Burnam.She was postmaster at the Oglethorpe Post Office.Lynn loved spending time with her family and she was loved by her "other kids" who often referred to her as "Ma".Her hobbies included making stained glass windows and working in her yard and she loved driving her tractor.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Arthur Murray and wife Nikki of Byromville, Georgia;four sisters: Suzy Grantham (Glynn) of Byromville, Georgia, Pam Crutchfield (Larry) of Vienna, Georgia, Sherry Bragg (Tim) of Byromville, Georgia and Sheryl Burnam of Tyrone, Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Audrey Welch Burnam and her beloved husband, John W. Murray.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Byromville Women's Club, C/O Myra Kirksey, 6379 Fokes Rd., Byromville, Georgia 31007.
Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma, GA is in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Audrey Lynn Murray.
